Haskap Banana Bread

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.
2. Mash two bananas into a puree.
3. Add vegetable oil, milk, sugar, almond oil, jam, and haskap juice to the banana puree and mix well.
4. Sift the plain flour and baking soda together.
5. Gradually add the flour to the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
6. Pour the batter into a baking pan and evenly place the remaining banana halves on top of the batter.
7. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
