Haskap Basque Cheesecake

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C for 10 minutes.
2. Beat the cream cheese until soft, then add sugar.
3. Gradually add the whole egg and egg yolks, then whisk until combined.
4. Add and mix in whipping cream and haskap jam until well blended.
5. Add lemon juice and mix well.
6. Stir in the cornstarch until fully combined.
7. Place the cake in the upper section of the oven and bake at 210°C for 20 minutes.
8. Bake at 190°C in the middle section for an additional 5 minutes.
